Usage of MyTracks integration

Support for a MyTracks application was added to Locus in 2011 when Locus had no own system for track recording. Since then, track recording in Locus became very stable and hope that perfectly working.

MyTracks cause last months only troubles due to malfunction in weird cases.

Help me decide if MyTracks in Locus is still needed and if so, why (write below).

I want to remove it because of: need for frequent updates, duplicate functionality and also require some libraries that are not needed in rest of Locus

On what you use MyTracks in Locus

Since Locus won't get my GPS to update it's position (and hence I don't seem to move), MyTracks sounded like a good alternative. MyTracks does record alright. But alas, despite correct settings, Locus isn't able to access MyTracks...

Hi guys,

thanks all for a voting. Result is exactly as I expected and I think it should be even worst when more votes arives.

Because of some changes that will be introduced around Track recording in next Locus version, I decided to completely remove "My Tracks" support.

I'm sorry for thouse, who used this feature, but during last months, it caused to me quite a lot of troubles and new system is not easily usable also with My Tracks. Sorry
