Hint of geocache

Hello,

until Locus Pro 3.12.0 the hint of a geocache was shown decoded (i.e plain text) in the corresponding hint window by default.

Since Locus Pro 3.12.1 the hint is shown encoded (i. e. ROT 13) by default.

How can I get the old behaviour of Locus Pro 3.12.0 back?

Hi guys,

there was an issue with rotation of screen when this dialog is visible. And I realized that hint should be encoded by default as on Geocaching.com pages. Or you think that this is extra un-needed step?

Truth is, that when user in the end tap on "hint" button, he wants to see hint. So it is probably useless to force him to tap once more, right?

Hi menion,

maybe the feature how the user wants to see the hint in the hint window should by configurable in the config-file.

Normally in Locus there is no hint visible, so I'm thinking one tap should be enough.

or pre select (red letters) with long click on "Decrypt" in 3-dot button, similar button "map rotate"

Thanks guys for fast opinion.

c.s.g. - config, blee. I think that such thing has no place there as here may exists simple one solution. Pre-selection as balloni55 suggest is also possible anyway I think I'll simply return back to old system - decrypted by default as KaHeMu wrote.

Thanks and sorry for a few taps till next version will be published!
