Locus Free - Samsung Galaxy Xcover III - More functions editing screen blink

Fifi shared this problem 8 years ago
Solved

Hello Locus team !

After new install of Locus Free on two different Samsung Galaxy Xcover, same problem on the two devices :

1. Tap on main Menu

2. Tap on "More functions"

3. Tap on the pencil to edit "Hide or Display function"

4. Problem appears :

a. the panel is blinking like malfunction and selecting for hide / disable a function is hardly possible

(nearly impossible) .

b. the right panel is not displayed (and the option for displaying it is on in the appropriated menu for that)

Any idea ?

Thank you in advance,

Kind regards,

Fifi

Good day Fifi,

quite interesting.

a. really fresh install of latest Locus from Google Play? On other devices, no problem? Never heard about something like this. Version of your Android on these devices?

b. do you have something setup on this panel? More here: http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:user_guide:functions:panel

Hmm no one reported such problems except you, weird. Are you able to create a small video or a screenshot so I may see what is wrong in case of problem a. ?

b. I'm not talking about it's visibility but more about it's content. Do you have defined any buttons for right part of functions panel? Again screenshot of your "function panel" configuration should help here.

Ok, i will do that, but sorry, it will be at the end of the next week. I don't have them with me for now.

Thanks again Menion.

1. Not enable to reproduce the "blinking like malfunction"

2. Still impossible to display the right panel

Oki fine. Please really check small icons next to functions that display where will be button placed - top or right part of functions panel. For me, screenshot is important just to really check, that you have at least one button that should be placed on right side.
