Problem with Geocaching live feature and pocket query

Hello I didn`t found it on forum, but I have a problem with Geocaching live feature. I want to use it for downloading Pocket queries and it works fine on my phone, but my girlfriend can`t download pocket query even it is writing that it is successfully logged and authorized (and it is writing correctly the number of founded caches). She always get a message that there are no pocket queries to download. (my phone found it again without any problem)


May be there is a problem to authorize more devices to one geocaching account?

don`t know why this happen, but seems like issue on Groundspeak server. Anyway help for now is simply logout and then login again (maybe twice this)

Same problem for me...


Tried to unlog / login several times nothing works. I`m still stucked in saving GPX to disk then loading on device then importing in Locus ...

Had the same problem, I kept getting the message that now PocketQueries were found. Logging out and in again solved this for me.

YEah, i have same prob. No PQ found, i try put name of query with basi characters, and no succes :(( .

After installing Locus Pro at an other device and login at geocaching live, I can`t download the pocket queries on the first device. I get only the massage that there is no query.

Hello Daniel,


this is already reported issue so I`m merging them together (https://getsatisfaction.com/locus/top... ), anyway I already reported this issue on Groundspeak support forum but no response. Seems I`ll have to repeat this. I sometimes also have same problem and solution is to logout and login again as I wrote in first post. As I heard, some people had to do this twice, but in the end it always works

Hi all Locus and Geocaching fans. I would like to ask You if somebody know how to solve my problem: after last update to new version I have problems with update my field notes to GC.com.When I`m trying to send FN


App is working but after a while i become error message: locus was closed ok or report.when i try: report a bug inside locus, become same message.It is typical error message which send Android when some app crashed.


My phone: SE XPeria Arc S


Before update everything worked fine..somebody know how to fix it?

anyway I`m testing just for sure, uploading Field notes and it seems to works correctly even directly after editing, even later in batch (from Geocaching Live feature).


so


1. please provide me step by step, what you do. I mainly need to know if you upload FN immediately after log or not.

In last Locus version 2.7.2 is new version of GroundSpeak API. May someone report if there are still problems with loading PQ files? I was twice asked for fix on their side, but no response, so would like to know if this problem still exists or not. If anyone have troubles, let me know ... thanks
