[DE] Bildschirmanzeige wird nach Drehung zerstückelt

Die Darstellung der Cachedetails und des GPS Kompasses wird nach einer Drehung des Handy auf Quer und wieder zurück auf Hoch völlig verschoben dann dargestellt. Ist es erst einmal zu der verschobenen Anzeige gekommen, ist es völlig egal, ob ich den bestehenden Cache öffne oder einen anderen lokal gespeicherten Cache öffne oder einen neuen Cache aus dem Netz lade. Die Einzeige ist bis zum nächsten Start vollkommen verschoben. Anbei je ein Screenshot des Bildschirms auf Hoch, quer und wieder zurück auf Hoch gedreht.

Good day Ron,

sorry for my English answer ( we provide support English only for now ).

Issue you have is caused by custom selection of language directly in Locus Map settings. It may be solved by change of language to "default" first value. Anyway I believe we have already solved this problem in latest Beta version ( not yet confirmed from any Beta testers thought ), and we plan to publish new Locus Map version tomorrow!

I have exactly the same issue on a Samsung A3 2017. My language setting is already at the default value. So I fear there is another reason for the problem. I saw several reports of similar issues (e.g. map manager distorted after going in to landscape mode and back). So far I could see only Samsung devices are affected by the problem (Samsung A3 2016/2017, Note 4). Maybe it is worth to have a closer look on Samsung devices.

If you find a while, maybe it should worth to try if it's already fixed in latest version.

Steps are quite simple:

If you Thomas find 15 minutes for this test (or anyone other) to confirm it is already fixed, I will be really welcome. Thank you and sorry for a complications.

Btw. I develop Locus Map mainly on SGS 7, so problem is more in Android version, not directly in Samsung devices.

Hi Menion,

I followed your suggestions and found that the problem does not exist in Free Version. Thus I did not try the Beta version. It is also possible that the problem is caused by a special setting in my Pro version (if I understand it correctly the Free version has its own settings independent from my Pro version). Do you need any further information from my device in order to investigate the problem?

Hello,

thank you for attempt, interesting. Yes, most of settings of both versions is independent, but not all. Unfortunately, because I have no idea, why and where this problem happen, I also do not know how to solve it. Anyway there is still chance, that some changes I made, fix this. Tomorrow, we plan to publish one more bug-fix version, so let me know after update, if this problem will be solved in Pro version too.

Ok, I will wait until tomorrow. However, if that does not help yet, is there an easy way to compare both the Free and Pro settings? I mean: can I compare some files using diff?

Unfortunately it is not so simple. Internal settings may be saved with backup manager, but are stored in partially binary format so simple diff probably won't work.
