Solved

Hi, in version 3.30 you removed the temperature. I miss it. Can you please return it? The function was available in the header (next to the menu) when selecting "Time, battery". Status of battery is redudant. The batery indicator is in system header, but temperature not it.

Thanks

Good day Marek,

this whole panel is redundant for common usage. it's purpose is to display important information in case, full screen mode is enabled. Anyway battery temperature value had by us really low usage, so it was removed.

If you really needs to see it, please use any other 3rd party application or create a small "dashboard" , where this value is still available.

Thanks for understanding.

I created a dashboard and included the temperature as you suggested. But I really miss the date. I find a dashboard item for time, but not current date. When geocaching, the current date is surprisingly often used and I was used to glance at the now redesigned item showing time, date, battery and temperature status.

Thanks for your quick response. I not yet known the Dashboard function. Wow! It's very flexible.

I just installed V3.30 and I like the improvements but I dislike the fact Temperature has been removed from the status box.

Normally I have "Map" or "Coordinates" displayed in the status box and, in winter, sometimes "Time, battery status". Switching between all three was fast and easy. In winter, checking the Temperature was useful to me because I could confirm the phone was reasonably warm in my pocket and not so cold it might turn off!

Now Temperature is gone and only Time and Battery Status remain (both are already visible in Android's top status bar). I don't see this as an improvement.

In addition, my top function menu only has 4 buttons, so the status box has plenty of available space to display Temperature. Where I once had something useful displayed, now I have empty space.

The suggestion to create a Dashboard seems like a lot of work to display one parameter that, prior to V3.30, was visible without a Dashboard.

If you feel there's insufficient space (for people who display more than 4 buttons), then eliminate the tiny icons. They're attractive but redundant. The menu item is "Time, Battery Status" so the two parameters (11:46, 86%) are self-explanatory.

Please bring back Temperature!

I personally use the temperature control for another application with acoustic notification.

If I did not have it, the temperature is definitely more important than the battery and the time is doubled even in the status bar.

Temperature can not quickly show up in android. This is why it is more interesting.

Hi guys,

sometimes I forget that Locus display many various and more or less interesting information. Poll on main page answered by 40 people show me, that almost 1/3 is interested in this value = more then I've expected.

So in next version

Ok?
