Satellites screen : Numbers upside down - White font on white background - Earth on white background

Fifi shared this problem 11 years ago
Solved

Tested on :

. Motorola Defy and Defy+ with CyanogenMod

. Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0

Facts :

Whatever the device used, as you can see on the following screenshot, in the last version of the satellites screen :

1. The numbers in the cubes are upside down. Well, sure that seen from the northern hemisphere, it does it ... ! ;-))

2. Informations on the bottom of the screen are not visible as written appears white on white. (Look in the sun at the left bottom of the screenshot)

3. I do not know if the white background behind the earth was intended, but would not it be more "real" with a black background ... ?

Best regards,

Philippe

What version of Locus do you have?

If I test this feature, (cool one, didn`t know it exist) the background is black and the numbers are correct, except when I rotate the earth to the other side, then the numbers are upside down.

After playing with it for some time, the numbers disappeared?

One more fact i just discovered :

In landscape mode, the earth backround on the left still white, but the information panel background on the right is black.

Locus Pro updated to 2.8.7 : no more white background - 2 and 3 solved

(Numbers on cubes still upside down on the main face but it does not matter it was not the essential)

Thank you Locus team !!!

:) I had to solve this by disabling background itself.

On most devices worked background as an image with stars, anyway I was not able to find, why it do not work on some other devices, so this is solution. Plain black background on all devices.

Numbers upside down are funny, I`ll check it but because of your location, is clear where is problem :)

If you rotate the earth, the top numbers get right-side up. The lower blocs stay upside down (for me).
