Unable to download Locus Map after purchase

I selected Locus Pro on App Store and was charged $7.99 but I received a message that there was an error and it was unable to download. I can't download the app so I'd like my money back.

Sometimes it happens. Perhaps there was a temporary problem on Google Play store server.
Google Play store will send your money back to your bank account.
In case of troubles, please, send me your Google account which you used for Locus purchase, I will check the payment on Google payment center.

Thanks for responding. Is it possible that you send me a link so I can just install Locus Pro.?
I would still like to use your application but Google is difficult to deal with directly. If you need proof of purchase I can send that info.
