Problem with loading of map of Kamchatka

I bought Locus Pro special to load map of Kamchatka Krai (Russia). Unfortunately I cannot load this map although the other map was loaded without any problem (I load a map of Tasmania, Australia, as example). Please help me, I need a map urgently.

Hello Irina,

I'm sorry for troubles - could I ask you for more info, please? What exactly mean "Can not load" ? Is there any error message? Can you see the map in the list of offline map?

Hi Petr,

I and my friend both from Australia with Australian phone and local sim cards couldn't load the offline Locus map of Kamchatka although our local (Russian) friends loaded it easily. We needed offline maps urgently for geological trip to remote area of Kamchatka. 

Now we are back and I would like to let you know that we loaded and used third party offline maps (yandex and OSM) that Locus allows to do. In general, I am very happy with Locus program. It is very useful. I will try it for our Australian travel when I be back. Thanks a lot.

Hi Petr,

I took screen shorts (3) of my exercise to load a map of Kamchatka. 

Nothing special with diagnostic, just information "Process unsuccessful"

Choose:

- asia

- country

- Kamchatka

- LoMaps

"Process unsuccessful"

I have SDcard. Also I have two sim cards, one of them (original - Australian) is disabled

I am flying from Russia Saturday morning - we have only one day to find a bag.

Hi,

ahh I'm sorry I though the screenshot when you click on "Default directories" section. Basically I'd like to know if the location of folder for "vector maps" is located in the internal or on the external card. For older android versions is complicated to save data on the SDcard.

thank you for the screenshots. It's really weird. Would be possible for you to create debug log for us. How to is described at: http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:faq:how_to_create_debug_log

Try to download map > wait for error message > open Android system settings and try to collect logs as described in the DOC.
