.sqlitedb with ShoCart corrupted/cannot be added

Grzesiek Rogowski shared this problem 10 years ago
Solved

ShoCart tiles are corrupted when downloaded to .sqlitedb. Download ends with success but then .sqlitedb file cannot be added; `Error: unknown problem` is reported during map adding.

Downloading those tiles to .tar works almost fine (there is also some `Error: unknown problem` with internal z_24.tar) but map is eventually added and operable.

I have checked downloading other map (4UMaps in this case) to .sqlitedb and it worked fine.

Hi,

hmm, do you have any small downloaded map file that cannot be added? Because SHOCart maps use exactly same system as all other online maps for downloading, really. There is no difference. So file to check, what exactly is "unknown error" will be more then welcome. Please send it on locus@asam.com, thank you

Hi,

here is the file:

http://speedy.sh/dVHc4/test-small.sql...

I also checked failing z_24.tar that was created during shocart download when tried other ways to get the map offline. It has config.xml inside but no `tiles` directory at all - not sure if it is related to .sqlitedb issue in any way.

BTW; you have some issue with email; I got the following message when sent the email to you:

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

locus@asam.com

Technical details of permanent failure:

Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain asam.com by mx.usa.net. [165.212.65.113].

The error that the other server returned was:

Hi,

thank you for an email and file. FIrstly sorry, correct address is @asamm.com, with double `m`.

I checked your file and found a problem in Locus. This should be solved in this testing version http://forum.locusmap.eu/viewtopic.ph... , so if you have a while, test it please and let me know. Also tell me if you wasted any credit on testing. If so, write me (on email) number of wasted tiles and your email account from (locus > menu > information > first tab) and I`ll add it back to your account. Sorry for troubles
