Błąd code 93

Zakupiłam Locus Map Pro i próbowałam pobrać mapę Italy - LoMaps ver. 08.12.2016 - otrzymuję wtedy komunikat, że wystąpił Nieznany problem code 93 - zrzut ekranu w załączeniu. Proszę o pomoc.

Dear Marta,
that's very strange error. We guess that you've probably restored settings from old backup and more over you use Locus with different Google account now. Is it possible?
However would please try following:
- remove all messages from notification center (white circle on them map)
- restart Locus
Does issue still persist?

Thank You very, very much. I' ve done all the work from the email and it worked.
Yes, I've changed my google account to log in, to buy Locus with The "good" account
But now every thing is ok.
