C:geo interface problems: no logs. No cache when Locus is started by c:geo

stebu shared this problem 10 years ago
Not a Problem

When I download a cache with c:geo and then want to use Locus as the navigation tool I encounter these problems:

1) The logs downloaded by c:geo are not displayed in Locus. There are no logs.

2) If Locus is not running, then it is started from c:geo, but the cache is not displayed on Locus`es map. I have to revisit c:geo to see the cache in Locus.

These are minor problems, so don`t sweat! And problem 1) might originate from c:geo.

1) as you wrote, this is probably a problem of c:geo. As I see, they use old Locus API, so maybe they even were not possibility to send a logs. Don`t know now. Anyway new API that is used by for example Geoaching4Locus, may contain logs and as you may test, it works

2) Hmm, I`ve test it now and it works correctly, weird. Is this happen always? And what steps I should do? Tap on a cache in list of offline caches, in bottom menu choose Navigate and then Locus?

2) I tested it just now! And there is no problem?!! So forget it.

1) If I find a way to inform c:geo team, I`ll do it

Fact that this happen, means that there should be some problem. If it happen again and you`ll be able to simulate it, let me know. I`ll gladly fix it
