Cannot access locus store

I cannot access locus store. When I try to access the store, an error message appears that reads "unable to load profile".
Locus pro version 3.9.0 on android.

Unfortunately, we have no experiences with the mentioned problem.
Please, install the newest Locus version 3.9.1 and try to access to Locus store again.
In case of troubles please, send us your email account which you want to use for Locus Store login to support email: support.locus@asamm.com
