Cannot sign in into the store

Hello,

I cannot sign in intomy account from my phone in order to download maps. It says "the email adress is already in in use by anotheraccount".

How can I get the Maps I already paid for?

I have signed in with a new account, seems the easiest solution

Again we're sorry for troubles. We found out solution how to fix it but it requires to check all accounts in the locus store (it's about 500 000 records) So it takes some time - about one day. However I manually enabled the accounts fot Urs Lischer and Martin Aßhauer, please try to login.

I had opened a new account with a different email-adress, but thank you anyway!
