Gradient value to dashboard parameters

Could you add a gradient value to dashboard parameters list? There is only slope taken from GPS but not from map.

I don't understand exactly what you need.

Are you able to explain a little bit more, please.

When you open a chart for a track you able to see a gradient chart computed using offline (I guess) NMEA height values. But I can't find this gradient value in dashboard values list.

and you think "slope" is taken from gps?

and should taken from map?

means calculated from locus?

so i bump up, for menion - to answere...

hmm I also do not understand what exactly is missing.

Currently you are able to select "Gradient" for chart in dashboard, see screenshot.

Ok, maybe I should start from the beginning. I'd like to have a actual big numeric slope value on my bicycle dashboard. I tested slope values taken from gps but it was inaccurate. I think the gradient value taken (computed) from NMEA (map) will be more precise.

Ah so point is to have:

Slope value, computed from NMEA or HGT files, and not from GPS right?

Currently slope is computed from altitude values that are at certain points. So here depend how points gets it's altitude values.

Currently you can use Altitude manager to improve altitude values that are received from GPS. But it's not possible to set these altitudes to data from HGT right during track record.

For this exists this topic http://help.locusmap.eu/responses/use-srtm-data-from-hgt-files-for-height

Which is probably what you want, right?

Yes, exactly, uff ;)

Oki, so in this case, I'm closing this topic and please vote for second one I mentioned, thanks.
