Login store impossible (email registration)

Login in locus store is impossible. System ask me to login with Google Account. After selection my account system announces a registration mail. But mail always arrives to late so registration link becomes invalid.


Please, would you give me a hand?

Good evening,

we unfortunately still do not know why are emails from our login system in rare case not successfully delivered.

For now, I've at least validated your email manually so please try it now, it should work.

To others that may face the problem with missing validation email: please check carefully your email inbox (spam folder as well) and if there will be no validation email, create a private topic and write us an email address, you try to use for login into Locus World. We will look at it manually, thanks!

I'm sorry for new complication.

Are you please using latest Locus Map version 3.32.2? In previous versions were a small issue and email was send more than once by accident.

this is interesting. We were sure that similar troubles should be already solved. Anyway, I've validated your email "Peer.Baldamus@crisper-yoga.de" manually so it should be possible now to login into Locus Store.

Let me know if the problem is solved.

Ich habe dasselbe Problem. Doppelt ärgerlich, da ich 10 Tage im Gebirge war und heruntergeladen Karten nicht aufrufen könnte (Kompass z.B).

we had some serious problems with new service provider used for login into existing Locus Store. Really sorry for a complication!

From what you wrote, you both have problems with latest 3.32.2 version, to receive and confirm validation email after you tap on "Re-send email" in the login screen? May you really try it once more and also check the spam folder in your mailbox? Thank you!

The Email has not yet arrived. I looked also in Spam.
