Map downloading bugs when used on bigger-than-world maps

I just tried to download zoom levels 1-3 or so from an online world map (Bing, Google, doesnt matter which). The tile downloader misses plenty tiles when you try to download "current screen" and the current screen is zoomed out so far as to display "more" than the whole world.

Also when I try to select the area manually and zoom out further than the whole world, the selection area jumps around a bit strangely.

Maybe Locus needs different min/max latitude checking?
