Mapquest does not appear in my list of online map options. Do you know why it's been removed or how to get it back? Otherwise, do you have other satellite maps of the U.S.?

I'm sorry but all MapQuest maps are no longer supported in Locus application due to new terms of use. More information http://help.locusmap.eu/topic/direct-tile-access-in-mapquest
I'm sorry but there is no alternative for satellite maps for US at this moment.

Ehhh... maybe my providers.xml is manual edited some time ago, but ESRI World got US satellite map in Online section in my device..
