In Oruxmap, you can see Google Earth and Microsoft Virtual Earth, (try Oruxmap), so I wonder if it is possible in online maps of Locus (like other online maps) able to see these two maps, if possible, not too bad.

No it`s not possible. OruxMap violate Terms of use of these maps. That`s only reason why Locus do not contain these maps!
Google do not offer any working solution that allow integration their maps in other way then over JavaScript API or my their Android library. Unfortunately both are useless for me ...
