Firstly, I'm really sorry that such problems happen to You.
Best method how to fix any problem that happen in Locus is describe it best as possible, so I'm able to simulate same problem on own devices. Unfortunately this is not that case. Second method is to create a log after application crash, so I'm usually able to see in log, what and why happen. Anyway in such really rare cases, when some problem in Locus or in device cause full restart, there is almost no chance to fix this problem. Sorry to say this, but Locus should never do such brutal error, that should restart a device. And if such problem happen, it means some software problem also in device, not just Locus. And this is almost impossible to fix.
You may try to re-install Locus, you may try to temporary rename created Locus directory in internal memory, so all starts from scratch with no data. Maybe there is any problem is some map, in database of points, who knows.
So if nothing helps (most probably) and also if there is no planned update for your device (update of ROM), best what I can do for you, is offer you refund of your purchase.
