Not all log types possible for cache owner?

What struck me was that I tried to log a 'enable cache' using Locus Pro (the latest version), but I could not select that: the only options I get as owner for that cache is: Found / Not Found / Write Note / Archive / Needs Maintenance.
I would expect to also get Disable and Enable Listing (or maybe cache status dependant).
In this particular cache was the cache disabled and I wanted to enable it: that 'Enable' option was not presented to me as owner when writing a log.

all these logs should be available if you are correctly recognized as "cache owner". To make this happen, you need to set your "owner" user name in Locus settings > geocaching > Your (owner) name.
Then, when value in this settings and name of owner of cache match, you should get offer for these types of log.

Ah, true of course. Somehow that setting on my team name had dropped out. Now it works as expected. Sorry for the fuss. Case closed.
