Within locus I tried to make an openstreetmap note and also edit an existing one and I get this constant error message???

Solved
When creating a osm note, i get: Hoppla, Hc, code 400 (independant of internet connection: both mobile data or wlan)
This error was already solved in 3.31, but it is here again :-// (I'm Using Version 3.32)
