Outdooractive Maps not anymore usable

Not a Problem

Since the update 31.7.2018 I have no access to all my Outdooractive maps anymore.

The cards were all purchased in different years.

All other maps work.

Galaxy Note 4, Android 6.0.1

I had the same problem

a few days ago did not log in with the Google account. Since I have made a registration with an e-mail address. I could see my map in the map overview and select it but then there was only a white screen.Now the google account goes back (with which I bought the map). Signed in, card selected and I can see everything again.

-> It is important to be logged in with the account with which you bought the card.

Hi,

as freischneider mentioned it's needed to use the same account as you used to use earlier when map was purchased. Please open Menu > Store > right account panel > change account and please use different account.
