Overlay map stretching, taking from lower zoom level is not present in the current level...

Hi.

I`d like to be more productive with "map overlays", using hill shades. The features is cool so far...

Now it would be nice, when a raster overlay map would be stretched at higher zoom levels if these tiles are missing, taking them from the lower zoom level.

In my example, I used a downloaded hill share from Osma*d (mysqllite type) as an offline file. The rasters are provided to zoom level 10, but due to size, no higher levels. Osma*d stretches higher levels automatically. Unfortunately Locus shows the overlay raster map only if the zoom level is also present. Stretching the lower levels on higher levels may be the solution.

Please consider :)
