Owner update coordinates is not working.

Change of coordinates:

• as I see, it is doable over Geocaching API
• anyway it needs quite big change in Locus system, because currently database is not ready for coordinates

So added into my increasing list of geocaching tasks and for now, I'm removing this option from "log a cache" dialog. Thanks
