Functions of the Free version isn ́t so different from the Pro version. In every way, all of the functions of the Pro version you can see also in the Free version, but you can ́t use them. A lot later was to Locus Pro version added function called "Live tracking" that allow to do what you need. It allows in defined interval send location data to specified URL
