problems with licence transfer from old to a new smartphone

I bought a licence in 11/2011 and can ́t use it now, because my smartphone damage.


I bought a new smartphone Galaxy S3, but can ́t transfer my licence from appstore androidPIT to my new Galaxy S3.


Here are some details of my bill:


Belegnummer: APP-153997


Leistungszeitraum: November 2011


I need an new licence because I love locus.

i found your e-mail first, so you have got an answer in your inbox.


I send you this method:


please, add your account for purchasing of the apps to your new device and try to install the app Locus from app Center, it should be in order and you don`t need a new license.

sorry, but I cant ́t use my licence on my new smartphone again.


In the appstore androidPIT I have no button to install, only to deinstall.


Ihr people from androidPIT told me, thoa I have to contact you for a new licence.

da der Entwickler nicht unser Lizenzierungssystem benutzt (bzw. die Codierung), können wir Dir leider keinen Lizenzcode zusenden.


Bitte wende Dich an den Entwickler der App, dieser kann Dir am Schnellsten und Besten weiterhelfen. Sollte er keinen Lösungsvorschlag für Dich haben, so wende Dich bitte erneut an uns.

I am sorry for my delayed response.


That`s very non-standard issue for us. We have to discuss it with the AndroidPIT and then, I will let you know the solution of the problem.

I contacted AndroidPIT due to of your licence and now I get this answer:


Hi Hana,


thanks for your email.


Users who change their device need to install our App Center from our website (not from Google Play) on their smartphone and they need to log in with their existing data. You`re right: the app is linked to the user`s account meaning he doesn`t need to buy it again, they just have to install the app on their device again.
