Quick way to return to list from the map?

I would like a quick way to return to the Points list from the map. I very often want to return to the loaded database list from the map, especially when working a geocache puzzle series.
I also wish there was a way to view longer geocache names in the list without having to open them up first.

place the point manager button directly on your main screen - to the functions panel. How to do it: http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:user_guide:functions:panel. Longer names of geocaches often don't fit in small mobile screens - shortening them is the only way how to display such geocaches.
