RMAPs in sub folders do not work in 2.5.x

joeloc shared this problem 11 years ago
Not a Problem

Latest testing versions (2.5.x) bug when I have a subdirectory with more RMAP files in my maps folder, for example:

/emmc/Maps/foo.rmap

/emmc/Maps/bar.rmap

/emmc/Maps/yuck.rmap

and

/emmc/Maps/EditorialAlpina/this.rmap

/emmc/Maps/EditorialAlpina/does.rmap

/emmc/Maps/EditorialAlpina/not.rmap

/emmc/Maps/EditorialAlpina/work.rmap

Locus somehow seems to think that the EditorialAlpina folder is a single map by itself (maybe in orux sqlite format). At least I can see a quick "Karte EditorialAlpina" scrolling past in the init window.

Maybe this is related to having a real sqlite format map as a subdirectory? Because I do also have

/emmc/Maps/PyreneesCentral/

which is in fact a single map in sqlite format.

Hmm Stefan, was this working before? I`m almost sure that this do not work!

EDIT: I checked code and I`m sure it not worked before. Also I discovered this https://getsatisfaction.com/locus/top... ;) so I think this is not a bug in new version but rather not existing feature

hm. well. i am pretty sure mapsforge .map files work in sub directories. so why would rmap files not work? consider it a feature request then... :)
