Running Locus on PC with Android emulator very slow
Not a Problem
Dear Support,
Can you help me to find the right emulator to use Locus on my PC.
My problem is that my notebook is about 5 years old with an I3 processor and even zoom in-out or move maps is impossible its so slow.
Is it possible to improve the performance without changing the pc?

Hi Peter,
each Android emulator consumes quite a lot of system performance. It's like running two PCs on a single engine. You need RAM space for (at least) two ordinary PCs, double powerful GPU and good CPU. In my experience one of the better optimized and performing emulators is Memu Play https://www.memuplay.com/.
