Unable to export tracks

Solved

I used to export tracks to my Google Drive or Dropbox.

Now I only get a System Working popup for ever. Sometimes after a while, I get message saying that that process failed

Thanks for the quick reply.

Unfortunately, even with the latest update (3.24.2) I'm still experiencing this proble.

I also reboot the Phone without any success.

I can share the *.GPX files of my tracks by usinfg the share by e-mail option.

I tried exporting GPX instead of KML, even tried to export in a folder on the device, but no more luck.


Hoping you can find a solution.

My last suceesfull exported track was on May 27th.

I'm sorry, that this issue still happen to you.


May you please try to create a log by this method? Create a log right after "process failed" error happen. Best in case, you will export to local "Locus/export" directory. Thank you.

Hi,


Good news my problem is solved.

Following your instruction to create a LOG, I was suddenly able to export to the Locus/Export directory.

But even then I wasn't able to export to DropBox or GoogleDrive.

However the symptom were slightly different as instead of getting "Working" PopUp, I was getting a "Loading" PopUp as soon as I tried to select DropBox or GoogleDrive.

I noticed that I could Logout of both services, so I did that.

Everything went back to normal just after relogging in both services.

good news to me.


So problem

- with export to local device was maybe an export to directory where Locus does not have an access?

- and with export to remove Storage (GD or Dropbox) was n not anymore valid login that unfortunately Locus considered as valid?


I'll have to look on this and improve it. Thank you!
