Unable to purchase Locoins

I tried Millions of time to purchase 1000 LoCoins by Locus Store but whenever I press the button "Kaufen" I get the Message "Fehler Deine Bestellung wurde abgelehnt, weil sie als Bestellung mit hohem Risiko eingestuft wurde. Bitte versuche es in 30 Minuten noch einmal. Google Play OK"
It doesn´t help to wait 30 Minutes, the problem occurs again and again.
It doesn´t help to press the "OK"-button, then I get back to the button "Kaufen" and the matter turns round and round and round
It was no problem to puchase and pay Locus Pro some hours before my first attempt so I really don´t understand the problem ;o(

Your described problem is not usually on Google Play. We have no experiences with this type of problem.
