Helo John,

which directory are you trying to add to list?

I am trying to add the directory on my external micro SD 64 GB card. I discovered that although the directory is /mnt/sdcard-ext/Dan/App/Locus/mapsVector the Locus program ignore it and is not willing to accept it (confirm) for vector maps storage when the main folder for applications is /mnt/sdcard/Locus. Finally I found a workaround to copy maps to default /mnt/sdcard/Locus/mapsVector which worked well. Please update the program to allow to select any directory (with any name, not just "mapsVector") on internal or extermal SD card for vector maps storage.

I have the actual Locus folder at /mnt/sdcard/Locus and added a folder /mnt/extSdCard/LocusMaps (with subfolders maps and mapsVector to keep the original folder structure) on a 64GB card without any problems.

Could the `-` in sdcard-ext be the problem?

hmm problem is probably fact that you use same structure as Locus root folder, so "Locus/mapsVector". I suggest to check directory with external maps to for example "LocusMaps/mapsVector", then it should work.

this is kind of protection to prevent using of duplicate folder names
