Unable to verify licence

Purchased Locus Pro for my Galaxy Player 5, it is not able to verify the licence by wifi. I installed on my Samsung phone, no problem, but I really would prefer to use it on the Galaxy 5. Cheers.

Strange situation


There are some steps I can suggest


- try restart device before you run locus,


- check internet connection,


- try reset preferences in locus (Locus > menu > settings > miscellaneous > Reset preferences)

Thank you for your reply, and the suggestions. Unfortunately they did not solve the issue. I also uninstalled and the reinstalled Locus, with the same result.


Any help you can offer will be very much appreciated.


I do really like the application and want to be able to use it.....

Ahm, Douglas I do not see you wrote where you purchased Locus Pro.


Depending on the shop this would possibly require different actions.

Thanks Petr, I will await further communication. Not to worry, I am still happy using it.


Tommi, I purchased it through Google Play, using the Galaxy 5 player. I was able to install it on my Galaxy phone and it verified no problem... not sure why it would work on one device and not the other. I tried to install it/verify it on the Galaxy 5 first, then tried on the Galaxy phone to see if I had made some other error. An
