Unnamed map with MBT map

Hi,

In the user guide I can see that locus map accepts mbt format.

I have a map like that, the name of the file is 'Bo01.mbtiles'.

When I use it, no pb, the map works well.

But in locus map in the offline maps, the name, is : 'unnamed map'

Is is a bug ?

It'not great because I wanted another mbt map and same pb so I had 2 'unnamed map', not easy to select the good one !

For info, I have tried with sqlite map, img map, mapsforge map : no pb with these files, the name in the offline maps is the name of the file (without the extension).

Juste another thing : it should be great that we may change the names displayed : of course we can change the name of the files before to add the maps but I think it would be better to have a 'renamed' parameter in locus map.

Best regards

Hi,

MBT maps are databases. If such database contains metadata tab with "name" item defined by the creator of the map ("Unknown map" in this case), the map name is used instead of the file name.

Ok, thanks !

I opened the file with a sqlite app, changed the 'name' and all is ok now.

Best regards
