Vector Map Style (Daylight/Nightmode)

Hi Admins,
Is it possible to integrate a feature of automatic application of Map Style into daylight or nightmode based on the current time of your timezone.
Please see attached screenshot from ny application GPS NAV and MAPS by Skobber.
I like this idea
