Waypoint GPX import do not include URL name anymore

Hi
In previous versions v2.14.1 I reported a problem that URL associated to a waypoint were not exported to GPX while they were correctly imported (https://getsatisfaction.com/locus/top...).
Export has been fixed now (currently v2.17.2). Thank you very much.
However the import is now broken as only the URL is imported but no more the < urlname > (GPX v1.0) or < text > (GPX v1.1).

thank you for report. Both problems are fixed now.
in GPX v. 1.0, there was problem that exported points had first "urlName", then "url". Should be switched
in GPX v. 1.1 was missing support for "text" tag.
