Hi, we need to use Locus Map in our corporate network, but I can't find the IP addresses and TCP ports that we need to whitelist. How can I get the information? Thank you so much in advance,

Good day Anne,

if I understand correctly, you wants to allow Locus Map only access internet in your private corporate network right?

Locus Map is many many web services and also some our own solutions so to be true, complete list is very hard to create. So it depend on what you need to use from Locus Map application. Try to describe me this little bit so I may help more precisely. Thank you.

Yes, we do need to access your service from our corporate network, which has a firewall. Are your Web services available via port 80? We are in Canada, but I need to ask my coworker about their service's needs. Thanks,

As I wrote Anne, Locus Map use many endpoint service. All online maps use different web url address, weather service, live tracking service, Locus Store, routing services, etc. All this does not point to single web server, single IP address, but all to different. So I cannot simply write you single IP.

If you need just a specific service in Locus Map that needs internet connection, write me please what you plan to use and I'll look what information I may share with You, possible?

I am waiting for my coworker's feedback, it seems to be related to the installation.

Finally my coworker replied to my e-mail. Enclosed are 2 screenshots. What can be the cause?

Good day Anne,

thanks for additional information.

To be true, I cannot give you exact answer in this case. We had changes in our infrastructure last years and as I see on screenshots, you use some really really old ( maybe more then 2 years ) version. Where this comes from?? Please download and use latest version if this is not a big problem. Then if any error appear, I may tell you where is an problem. Thank you.

Oops, I think we have to update the version that is being deployed. I'll see if it fixes the issue. Thank you.

You got it! My coworker uses an older version, that he installs from an APK.

The file he referred to is LocusFree_343_3.5.3_release.apk.

Version 3.5.3 is from December 2014, so quite old.

Does it mean that with new version, all works fine without a problems?
