Wear - run without BT connection to mobile phone

Hello, do you have plans to implement possibility for Galaxy S3 wear to run without connection with mobile phone. In order to save battery on the phone when i'm hiking i disable BT, wifi , mobile data but i would like to be able to track my route over my watch. Later when i'm home i would like to sync data from watch to phone. Is this possible or do you have plans to implementi it ?

all watch add-ons are just like a remote display. They cannot work without a connection to the phone.
At this time we have no plans to make a stand-alone watch app.
