Cannot use my Samsung Gear sport with Locus Map 4

Hi,
I am using Locus Map 3 since seveeral years and since 2 years I am please to use Locus map pro with my samsung sport.
yesterady I used your offer to install the new locus map 4, I subscribed to the premium gold, but I cannot use any more my watch on Tizen OS with this new version.
I don't want to install the 2 version of Locus on my phone, your new locus map watch is working only on wear OS. why you did not connect the tizen version to the new application ?
yesterday, I have to use komoot on my watch, but kommot is using too much battery on it in compraison of your application.
do you have solution, Or I have to cancel my subscription to your new application

Samsung doesn't allow add-ons to communicate with more than one app on your phone, therefore you need one addon for LM3 and another for LM4.
It is also described in our manual: https://docs.locusmap.app/doku.php?id=manual:user_guide:add-ons:wearforlocus
So you have to install the Locus Map Watch Free addon and everything should work properly again.

Thanks for the response, I uninstall the locus watch pro to install the watch free. I confirmed that it is working well with locus map 4.
