Premium - Problems with redeem voucher

Hi All,
I just purchased an annual gold premium membership - ASAMM241210-5561-10124 - and received the redeem voucher. I tried to activate it to my account but it gives me error message, and to try it later.
I am using an IOS platform now, but soon will switch back to my android one. I have not find the possibility in the Locus Lite ios app to redeem the voucher, it always wants to do a new purchase - but I cant and dont want to pay through phone (and already bought it online).
I tried the redeem process through web planner account - I can see the option there, but if I but the code I got in mail I says error, try later...
What am I doing wrong? Or what is the problem?
