After previous Android update Locus app won\'t stop

In Progress

I have the last version of Locus maps and freshly updated Android on my Samsung S8 (http://doc.samsungmobile.com/SM-G950F/XSG/doc.html)

But since the android update Locus maps won't start - all I get is a black screen, no error notification. Tried reinstalling Locus, tried reinstalling the newest Google Play, same problem. Locus maps free also won't work.

Hi Pawel,

I've just noticed you declared you have version 3.39? If yes, please update to 3.39.2. version. Thanks.

Hi Kwafo,

I'm sorry but again, no mail from your current address.

1) update Locus Map to the latest 3.40.1 version

2) if the problem persists, please try to create a new ticket on the website https://help.locusmap.eu and post the error log there. Thanks.

best regards
