Generate thumbnails of the selected tracks

Hello, first of all congratulations on the new view of the tracks !! Statistics and lapses are great! And even better being able to have statistics of the selected tracks.
The idea is to generate thumbnails of the selected tracks via a menu item (action). Although it is a delayed process, he would consciously by the user on the selected tracks.

Hmmm, i'm not sure if minimaps are helpful to me. Have to try it a time.But all thumbnails should be generated by Locus in background automatically after starting Locus the first time after update to 3.3.0.. So no menu neither an action are needed.Sorry, no support for this idea.

What happened to me is that by changing the style of a folder, and have set the tracks to have the style folder, all the thumbnails are lost and left with world map ...

generating a thumbnails is quite CPU intensive operation. That's why this do not happen at start on background or automatically in any case. I consider thumbnails as just "nice improvement", but nothing too serious. That's why Locus automatically do not regenerate them in case you change style of whole folder. Imagine, that generating an image may tak a 3 seconds. What in case, you have 100+ tracks in folder?
So if you really like new images for tracks, that I only possibility see in this idea - generating images for selected tracks on direct request of user.

Great Menion! That's the idea, you can select which tracks to generate the thumbnail.
Although it seems just a "trim", I see them useful to get an idea of the route, at least in my case, when you have 3 or 4 repeated runs.
