Add WP attachments from external locations

Hello

Please allow to "link" user waypoints attachments from original location and not making copy to Locus folder.

This will cause eg. when picking a photo from photo gallery (/sdcard1/DCIM/Camera/*) making a physical copy in /sdcard/Locus/data/media/photo/ resulting in excessive duplicate data in storage.

I would like best, when Locus uses media from other location to ask user if to make a Locus copy, or reference the external file in original location.
