Add "ETA (estimated time of arrival) at target" field to Dashboard.

I love the dashboard. It already has "time to target", but that still needs calculating whether I`m in time when on the way, let`s say to a lonesome train station with only one train running every three hours.

Especially if you run Locus in full screen mode, you don`t have the exact clock time unless you add it as a further dashboard field - which doesn`t solve the calculating need.

I`m lazy, yes. But it would be practical.
