Hello everyone,
2 months ago I had the same problem at Alkatel 2.3.6. With your help I had installed Locus pro on 2.3.6 successfully.
Now I would have to put the phone on the factory settings and can not install the Locus pro more. Locus free can be installed. @ Account at PlayStore is however the same.

When I go to download folder from where I want to install the loaded file, then I see: "Important libraries are missing"

Where did you purchase Locus Pro? In case of AndroidPIT store, there is necessary to install also AppCenter app to your device. Please install it in this link http://www.locusmap.eu/locus-map-pro-apk-for-androidpit-users

In this case please, check your Google account in your phone. There is necessary to use same account which you used for Locus purchase. Locus license is matches with your Google account.
