Export points and tracks to custom URL

On web there are many map based servises for POI and tracks managing. Idea si export to custom URL (HTTP POST) – like as live tracking. Definitions of servises (Name+URL+parameters) is settings. Manual and automatic export to selected service. Installation of service definition by custom URI scheme (for example locus-export://...) or "Locus Actions" XML (http://support.locusmap.eu/hc/en-us/articles/200242951-Locus-Actions) - by click on web browser.
