Guide me to the last succesfully transmitted live tracking position.
Completed
A scenario:
My friends and me are on a hiking tour.
I use Locus Live tracking.
My buddy has an accident.
I have no signal on my phone now - damn!
I like to walk back to the last position with a signal - to make a rescue phone call.
But where was this last position?
Locus knows it! because Locus has succesfully sent a point on this coords.
Guide me to this point!
edit
this was not my idea, but i like to ask if you like this idea.
Of course it`s really more then helpful to have the information where it`s possible to make a call.
But how often you need this? Once a month or hopefully only less than once a year?
I didn`t use live tracking so far but don`t you see the transmitted points on the map?
I`m also addicted for new features but wouldn`t it be absolutely sufficient to create a quick point on the map and use this for guiding?

I think I suggested this a long time ago. It would be quite important to know the last successfully transmitted point for many different purposes, most of them having to do with rescue and survival. It doesnt matter how often you need those, but when you do, you REALLY DO.
Locus could so easily (20 minutes work?) put transmitted points into a tiny little waypoint category. Name them with date & time, limit the category to 100 points and auto-delete everything after 100 points or 24 hours. done. No settings needed, no user interface needed, no translations needed, no nothing.

Well, this is really a great and useful idea. I struggle with the signal problem each time I am on a hiking tour in Alps.
But I think it is not necessary to check the signal by doing a live tracking position – foremost because most people (including me) do not want to pay high mobile data fee when being abroad.

Idea will be implemented in next version.
Every live tracking profile has now (since 3.17.0) extra option that allows to display last successfully send location on a map till live tracking is active.

Hi
Why do you want to enable this feature only with live tracking? I think that this usefull information could be added also in the track recording as an option if it is not so heavy for the battery.

Means "Locus should check and save mobile network signal value in current recording track" right?
Fine - feel free to open a new idea.
