Not a Problem

the app says tracking is on, the room is configured but the map shows empty. Thanks for your help

I'm sorry for this question but would you please check that you and others are the members of created room and that all users share their location?

Hi Petr,

Sure, which steps would be required? In the live tracking settings, I have the room configured and live tracking is activated.

Now I think maybe I have found a way: I edited the room and saved it without any changes and the tracker shows up again. This is quite confusing to be honest. I would like to be sure that the tracking works. Could you improve the status / error handling?

Dear Josef,

I probably didn't write it correctly. Let's say that you create own custom room. After that is needed to select (tap on it) this room in list of create rooms. If no room is selected (the Rooms section is empty) then Locus share you location publicly. The system is designed that you can share location with more than one room. You can even create several definitions of Live tracking with different rooms, nickname, etc.

I have to say that LT feature is waiting for improvements. We already register some problems in usability.
