"Merge tracks" can't merge waypoint (only merge track)
Solved
Merge tracks - connects selected tracks into one. It is possible to choose order of connected tracks, merging with gaps and deleting original tracks
now locus
track1(have the waypoint1) + track2(waypoint2) =====> merge tracks =========> track1+track2 (with out waypoint)
the outher apps
track1(have the waypoint1) + track2(waypoint2) =====> merge tracks =========> track1+track2 (waypoint1+waypoint2)

thank you for your bug report. Unfortunately for me, merging of two tracks that has attached waypoints works correctly.
May you please export for me your two tracks into GPX files? I will then import them and try to merge own device, with hope, same issue happen. Thank you!

sample1(wpt 3ea) + sample2 (wpt 5ea) = marged rute(wpt 8ea)
but now sample1(wpt 3ea) + sample2 (wpt 5ea) = marged rute(wpt 0ea)
